Donation Form Agreement Terms
Thank you for supporting the project. By completing this donation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Donation Amount: You confirm that the donation amount provided is accurate and that you are the authorized account holder for the payment method used.
- Platform Fee: A platform fee of 7.5% is applied to all donations. This fee covers administrative and operational costs associated with maintaining the Go Tukis crowdfunding platform.
- Non-Refundable: Donations made through this platform are non-refundable. Once a donation is confirmed, it cannot be reversed.
- Project Fulfillment: While Go Tukis strives to ensure the fulfillment of projects, it does not guarantee the success or completion of any specific project. Project creators are responsible for delivering on their commitments.
- Payment Processing: Payment processing services are provided by third-party payment processors. By completing a donation, you agree to their terms and conditions.
- Tax Deductibility: Donations made to registered charities may be tax-deductible. Please consult with a tax professional for advice on your specific situation.
- Communication: By donating, you agree to receive communications from the project holders related to your donation and updates on the progress of the project.
- Privacy: Go Tukis collects and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- Changes to Agreement: Go Tukis reserves the right to modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated through the platform.
By proceeding with this donation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Acceptance of any contribution, gift or grant is at the discretion of the GoTukis. The GoTukis will not accept any gift unless it can be used or expended consistently with the purpose and mission of the Welcome.
No irrevocable gift, whether outright or life-income in character, will be accepted if under any reasonable set of circumstances the gift would jeopardize the donor’s financial security.
The GoTukis will refrain from providing advice about the tax or other treatment of gifts and will encourage donors to seek guidance from their own professional advisers to assist them in the process of making their donation.
The GoTukis will accept donations of cash or publicly traded securities. Gifts of in-kind services will be accepted at the discretion of the GoTukis.
Certain other gifts, real property, personal property, in-kind gifts, non-liquid securities, and contributions whose sources are not transparent or whose use is restricted in some manner, must be reviewed prior to acceptance due to the special obligations raised or liabilities they may pose for GoTukis.
The GoTukis will provide acknowledgments to donors meeting tax requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. However, except for gifts of cash and publicly traded securities, no value shall be ascribed to any receipt or other form of substantiation of a gift received by GoTukis.
The GoTukis will respect the intent of the donor relating to gifts for restricted purposes and those relating to the desire to remain anonymous. With respect to anonymous gifts, the GoTukis will restrict information about the donor to only those staff members with a need to know.
The GoTukis will not compensate, whether through commissions, finders' fees, or other means, any third party for directing a gift or a donor to the GoTukis.
